1. Reservations:
   1. Online Reservations: Reservations can be made through our website at PARADISE RETREAT DAKSUM
   2. Phone Reservations: Reservations can also be made by calling our reservation line at +91-9622 429 786
   3. Walk-In Reservations: For guests who prefer to make a reservation upon arrival, we also offer walk-in reservations, subject to availability. Please note that all reservations are subject to room availability and the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.
2. Check-in and Check-out: Check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 PM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.
3. Payment: Payment for your stay is due upon check-in. We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards. Personal checks are not accepted.
4. Important Points:
   1. All room rates are Base Rates & Non-commissionable Rates
   2. The mentioned tariff is for the period between 1st June– 31st July 2023
   3. Please check back with Reception/ Reservations for the best-prevailing rates.
   4. Extra Child without Bed – INR 850 EP, 950 CP, 1050 MAP, and 1150 AP.
5. Occupancy: The maximum occupancy for each room type is clearly stated on our website. Additional persons are not permitted to stay in the room overnight without prior approval and may incur an additional fee.
6. Damages: The Hotel will hold you responsible for any damage to property by their accidental or deliberate and will charge to the guest’s credit card.
7. Privacy: The PARADISE RETREAT DAKSUM is committed to protecting your privacy. We will not share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
8. Indemnification: The PARADISE RETREAT DAKSUM is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury to guests or their property while on hotel property. Guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless The PARADISE RETREAT DAKSUM from any claims or liabilities arising from their use of hotel facilities.
9. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Jammu and Kashmir, India. Any disputes arising out of these terms and conditions shall be settled in the courts of Anantnag district, Jammu, and Kashmir.
